For the second year in a row, the STars are up on the Red Wall surrounding the Capitol Hill light rail construction site. Sound Transit is partnering with the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce to shine a light on neighborhood non-profits who make life brighter for everyone on Capitol Hill.
